Real Madrid are ready to use Gareth Bale or James Rodriguez as a makeweight in a deal to bring in Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar this summer.

The Brazilian's future in France remains unclear and while Barcelona are keen on a reunion with Neymar, Real Madrid want to steal a march on their rivals should he become available.

Real, according to Mundo Deportivo, have 'offered £115million plus Bale or Rodriguez' as Zinedine Zidane looks to complete his summer overhaul with the samba star, having already spent more than £300m on five signings.

Thursday's Mundo Deportivo front page details Real Madrid's offer to PSG and the player as they 'go with everything and present a huge offer'.

Madrid are reported to have 'promised Neymar a €30m (£27m) wage but his priority is Barcelona' in a bid to link back up with Lionel Messi.

Bernabeu president Florentino Perez is a known admirer of Neymar both for his on-field capabilities but also because of his commercial value off the pitch.

Real Madrid's reported bid includes cash plus one of Gareth Bale  or James Rodriguez

Although Zidane's priority is Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, Perez favours Neymar and they are determined not to miss out on one of the world's best players having failed to get him ahead of Barcelona back in 2013.

Perez is so determined to get Neymar the report reveals he is 'willing to throw in a house' in a bid to convince him his future lies at the Santiago Bernabeu.

In Wednesday's Mundo Deportivo it was revealed that the the £198m man has now made private his feelings about wanting a move back to Barcelona known to the PSG board as he steps up his exit plan.

Neymar is reported to have told PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi: 'I do not want to play more in PSG. I want to go back to my house, where I should never have left.'

Relations between Neymar and the club appear to have soured in recent months with president Al-Khelaifi taking a swipe at the forward in a interview this week.

'I want players willing to give everything to defend the honour of the jersey and to join the club project,' he said in an interview with France Football.

Neymar has struggled to settle in Paris and is said to cause 'problems' in the dressing room

'Those who do not want, or do not understand, we see each other and we talk to each other.

'There are of course contracts to be respected, but the priority now is total membership of our project.

'Nobody forced him to sign here. Nobody pushed him. He came knowingly to join a project.'

Neymar's contract in Paris runs until 2022 but with interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid, few expect him to see out his contract.
