Lagos State Governor-elect, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday said that he was confident of victory at the Lagos State Gubernatorial Electoral Petition Tribunal. The petitions were  filed by Chief Owolabi Salis of the Alliance for Democracy and Prof. Ifagbemi Awamaridi of the Labour Party. The club’s official Twitter account tweeted just before 9am on Monday morning to confirm the news. McNeill had been suffering from dementia from 2010 onwards and also had trouble speaking. In a short statement released by the club, Celtic say McNeill was ‘surrounded by his family and loved ones’ during his final moments. As a player and a manager, McNeill’s contribution to Celtic will never be forgotten. Part of the legendary Lisbon Lions squad, McNeill, who became the first Briton to lift the European Cup, captained Celtic as they beat Inter Milan. After hanging up his boots, he won four titles and four cups during his time with Celtic as a manager, enjoying equalled amounts of success in the dugout. President Trump on Monday pushed back on the prospect of Democrats launching impeachment proceedings against him, asserting that he did not commit a crime to reach the threshold of "high crimes and misdemeanors."
